We want all Leads data since our onboarding / start of our service at IndiaMART for remarketing

Generally, IndiaMART does not provide leads prior to previous year. FreeG Leads start sync your account since you sign up and fetch past one year leads. Now if Indiamart removes your data prior to one year then also you have all your leads at FreeG Leads, which you can access later on and start remarketing with your leads. We sync regularly with Indiamart and updated you with all new leads.

Is there any way by which data prior to the previous year could be made available in the CRM API

A.

Sorry, this is not possible as Indiamart does not allow that. Here comes FreeG Leads which gives you access to have your leads with you and can use them for remarketing, once you onboard with us.

We are getting the Leads data into our CRM quite late with hours of delay.

A.

Ah ha! this might be possible, that's why we sync your leads till a prior day. So for updated leads check them a day after for stay tuned. Also you will be notified via notification/email each day if new leads are available in the FreeG Leads CRM.

We are getting duplicate leads in CRM (overlapping repeat contacts via enquiry / pns call). what to do in such cases.

A.

This happens due to two reasons : 

  • Synced with overlapping date/time ranges, some records from the overlapping window will be duplicate. In this casyou can directly contact our support team they will resolve the issue.
  • The same Buyer has sent multiple Enquiries including Calls, they all will come as separate records, but you may be considering them duplicates. In this case, you can just neglect the lead.

We wish to stop the API CRM integration.

A.

We never force our customer to use our platform for managing their leads, its completely free platform, Either you can change your Indiamart Api Key details or can request for account deletion via contacting our support team.

Are there any hidden charges which I need to pay

Unable to connect my CRM Portal with Indiamart’s to fetch leads.

Hello User, 

Just contact our support team, & update with your account username. As This will need to be first debugged by your Technical Team. 

You will get an response within 24 hours.

The “Generate Key” option is not showing for my Setting -> Account Setting.

A.

The “Generate Key” option is available to only Paying Clients of IndiaMART. If you are already a Paying Client, cross check if you have logged-in with a correct registered Primary Mobile Number associated with your Account, Or contact Indiamart support for the issue.

Could data be made available in any other format apart from JSON format

A.

We already have all the neccessary format integration like copy data, print data, excel sheets, csv format, pdf format. Apart from these you can use filter's and sorting to manage your leads and download them in any of the above format.
